You may think living in a college dorm means the end of cooking and a constant diet of fast food, Ramen and Pop Tarts. Did you know that with a a few simple tricks you can make delicious—even healthy—food right in your dorm room? 

Learn how tools like a waffle maker, an InstantPot, a microwave and even a simple plate and a mug—plus simple-to-find ingredients—can help keep you fueled up when you don't have time to get to the cafeteria or you get a case of the midnight munchies.

This hands-on class will teach teenagers essential knife skills, small space/no kitchen cooking techniques, demonstration of recommended tools, and a take-home packet of the recipes. Students will enjoy healthy-sized samples of everything we cook together.

Michelle Greenebaum is a healthy cooking expert and nutrition consultant who creates recipes focused on simple, easy and fast meals for kids, teens and adults!
