This event occurs weekly, on Wednesday.
Our Positive Parenting series is back! Did you know that your personal relationships and the way you communicate can influence your child’s development? It’s true. At this five-part workshop series, we’ll talk about how our interactions with children impact their brains, emotions, and behaviors. You will learn to recognize connections between your own life experiences and your parenting style as well as how you can take actions to positively shape your child’s development. By the end of this workshop, you will take home techniques for raising compassionate, resilient children. This is also a great opportunity to meet other parents and make connections to build a community of support. The series is facilitated by Madeline Meyer Riley, MFT, mom, and former family child care provider. Limited free child care is available. Please call 510-658-7353 to reserve your spot.
Series dates: 3/1, 3/8, 3/15, 3/22, & 3/29
