Using ideal alignment, her practice helps mothers to step out of their thoughts and into their bodies, enjoying a full hour to slow down and tune in. A safe space is fostered for mothers to share the joys and challenges of their experiences as they approach birth. Students will enjoy music through the active parts of the class with quiet during meditation/sivasana.
