Presentation: "Notable Women of San Mateo County During World War II"

The San Mateo County History Museum will host a program entitled “Notable Women of San Mateo County” on March 25 at 1 p.m.  The Museum Auxiliary will present reenactors who will portray ten remarkable women of San Mateo County during World War II.  Refreshments will be served after the performance, and the audience will be welcome to meet the reenactors.  The program is free with the price of admission to the Museum: $6.00 for adults and $4.00 for students and seniors.  


The San Mateo County History Museum is housed within the County’s 1910 “old” courthouse, at 2200 Broadway in downtown Redwood City.  The Courthouse Docket Series is sponsored by Cypress Lawn Heritage Foundation. For information go to or call 650-299-0104.
