Description:

Summer Sessions - With nearly 100 years of experience bringing children into nature to discover the outdoors, their Jewish identity, a warm community and their best selves, no summer is complete without a summer session at Camp Tawonga! Our traditional summer camp sessions are available for campers ranging from entering 2nd through 10th grades and include a wide range of activities in a group-centered environment.

Adventure Quests - Take friendship, nature and Judaism on the road for a transformative outdoor adventure. A Tawonga Quest is a road trip full of friends and adventure. Questers sleep under the stars, immerse in epic wilderness connected to Jewish values and learn new skills in a supportive, small group cohort. For children entering grades 6th - 10th.

Teen Programs - Three weeks of leadership development, direct work with kids, team bonding, and service and wilderness experiences at Camp for rising 11th and 12th graders.

Family Camp - Four days of relaxation and rejuvenation for adults and fun for kids in the stunning beauty of the Sierra Mountains. Family Camp provides a taste of all that Tawonga has to offer: campfires, song sessions, Shabbat, boating on the lake, arts and crafts, the challenge course, hiking to and dipping in the river, yoga, stargazing, delicious food and free-flowing Peet’s Coffee.
