Photosprouts' Teenager Summer Photography Camp is 5-Day comprehensive program that covers the basics of photography, photo editing, wildlife, landscape, portraits, and documentary photography.
Equipment is provided for each attendee throughout the camp: Canon T6 DSLR camera body, 2 different lenses and memory cards. The memory cards will be kept by the attendees after the camp.
There will be 6 outdoor field trips to San Francisco's picturesque locations, including the Golden Gate Bridge, SF Zoo and SF Botanical Garden. Attendees get to practice what they've learned through extensive photographic opportunities. They will always be exploring around to sharpen the skills.
Attendee's work will be printed in a professional lab (Momento Press, San Francisco). The quality of the prints is superior and unlike those created by consumer print shops.
Last but not least, the knowledge that we teach in the camp is application oriented. Attendees are not only trained to take awesome landscape, wildlife and documentary photos, they will be taught to apply the skills in real life situations such as taking a nice family photo, or a stunning portrait of their moms.
This camp is more than a comprehensive photography program, we hope to help teens appreciate the world and bring precious moments alive through photography.
