Welcome to Bay Area Parents’ annual Best of the Best! Help our readers around the Bay Area discover the best amenities for kids and families in and around their hometowns.

Bay Area Parents’ Best of the Best has four regions and consists of two stages: nominations and final voting. The nomination phase ended on Sunday, March 29, and we received thousands of nominations. The top nominees in categories ranging from museums to martial arts instruction, day camps to dance lessons, made it to the final ballot.

Final voting begins April 17 – May 17. Winners will be published in Bay Area Parents’ Best of the Best 2026 issue and online in late July. Voters with valid email addresses will be entered for a chance to win a family 4-pack of tickets to a local attraction to be announced. Before you vote, please note:

• Voting requires a valid email address.
• Your email will be kept private.
• One nomination or vote per category per email address.
• You may nominate and vote for your own business.
• Ballots with obvious voting irregularities will not be counted.
• We reserve the right to disqualify votes that do not meet these requirements—or nominees who engage in ballot stuffing.
