Spray Art
Supplies
- Thick white paper
- Black Sharpie
- Foil
- Tray with raised edges
- Washable markers
- Spray bottle
Directions
Place foil in a baking dish or tray with raised edges. Use washable markers to color all over the foil. The more colors, the better! Then, spray water all over the foil. Draw some stars on your white paper with a black Sharpie and press the star side down onto the foil evenly. Peel back and reveal. Let the paper dry and admire your artwork!

Supplies
- Red and blue plastic cups
- Popsicle sticks
- Colored gems
Directions
Place all the building materials on the table and let your kids create and build however they want. Challenge your kids to build a star or flag for a bit of patriotic fun.
Star Search and Sort
Supplies
- Red and blue paper stars
- Piece of paper divided in half
- Painter’s tape
Directions
Divide a paper in half and label one section “red stars” and one section “blue stars.” Cut out red and blue paper stars and tape them around the house. Have the kids find all of the stars. Each time they find a star, have them place it in the proper section on the chart.
