Bay Area Pathways Academy™ (BAPA) is a comprehensive academic and enrichment summer program for students entering grades 6 to 9 located at the beautiful campus at College of San Mateo. We are excited to announce we are offering a new 2024 BAPA SPRING CAMP, BAPA SUMMER CODING ACADEMY, and BAPA JR SUMMER CAMP!!
Join BAPA “Live” this summer for any of our three 2-week sessions between June 17 and August 2nd (closed for 4th of July week). Build your own schedule by selecting from an exciting array of grade-appropriate academic classes, engaging enrichment, and fitness classes!
2024 BAPA SPRING BREAK CAMPS at College of San Mateo
Dates: Session 1: April 1 – April 5 or Session 2: April 8 – April 12
TWO 1 WEEK, HALF DAY SESSIONS-9am to 1pm
Choose from Art Camp or Coding Camp for your 11-14 year old!!*
We are excited to offer an Art Camp where your child will have the opportunity to explore a wide range of art and creative activities by completing an activity each day that may include drawing, watercolor, magic clay, origami, pencils and pastels, and various crafts. Art supplies will be included. Price: $250
BAPA is also offering a Coding Camp for your 11-14 year olds. They will explore a series of coding languages like HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Python through introductory projects and design challenges. They will learn the basics to get started on their coding journey and possibly become the next coding prodigy!! Price: $350
2024 BAPA SUMMER CAMPS at College of San Mateo (Ages 11-14)
“Live” BAPA Summer Camp sessions are Monday-Friday from June 17th to August 2nd. Campers can choose to build their own 2-week session schedules and choose any of the 3 -2 week sessions they want for either half days or whole days!
**Our website and registration will go live on January 5th. Earlybird pricing will be in effect until April 22, 2024.**

Each 2-week session includes 8 periods of class per day. Choose either half or whole day (periods 1-4 AM or Periods 5-8 PM or the entire day 1-8th periods). There is a 10-minute break between every class, and 45 minutes between periods 4 & 5 for lunch break.

Calling all future coders, programmers, cyber spies, & designers! Explore a series of coding languages like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python through introductory projects and design challenges. Learn the basics to get started on your coding journey and become the next coding prodigy! Projects will be available on a Black Rocket website to share with friends and family. Additionally, with the world’s increased reliance on digital data, cyber security is more important than ever!
In this class you are all that stands between a group of international hackers launching cyber attacks and world peace. Through a series of challenges, students will learn to apply tools used by professional digital forensics teams to crack codes and use encryption. Working in teams you will collect clues, recover lost data, and explore the tools of the trade to become the next great cyber spy!

Sessions 1, 2 and 3 will run for 2 weeks 1/2 day AM schedule from 9am-1pm.

Bay Area Pathways Academy is excited to offer BAPA Jr. Camp for ages 6-7.
We will do arts and crafts, sing songs, read books, play small group games and so much more. Supplies included. Camp includes outdoor time at CSM grounds. Outdoor time may include games, stretching, yoga, or dancing. We provide safe guidance for your child to explore. Campers must bring their own snacks and water bottle.

We will do one activity each day, which may include drawing, watercolor, magic clay, origami, pencil and pastels, intro to VEX robotics, crafts and much more. Art supplies included. Camp includes outdoor time at CSM grounds. Outdoor time may include games, stretching, yoga, or visiting another BAPA class on campus. Campers must bring their own snacks and water bottle.
